A beautiful old original Tonga stool from Zimbabwe, hand-carved from a single piece of wood. Traditionally used as a portable seat, this piece now makes a wonderful decorative interiors object with real sculptural presence.
The aged timber, worn surface, carved geometric base and visible signs of use give it wonderful authenticity and character. Perfect as a small side table, bedside stool, plant stand or decorative accent.
Each piece is original, handmade and unique. Natural cracks, marks, wear and variations in tone are part of its story.
