The Himalayan sheep have a unique fine wool that feels almost like mohair, a light fleece that has a real luxurious feel,  Its plush, mohair like pile provides a cosy retreat for you to relax on, the beautiful natural markings makes each one unique and effortlessly complements any interior style. Sheepskins are eco-friendly due to their biodegradability and minimal environmental impact. The production process typically involves fewer chemicals compared to synthetic materials. Additionally, sheepskin is a byproduct of the meat industry, therefore reducing waste and ethically using all of the animal. 

Please note that our Himalayan rare breed sheepskins are one of a kind, so each piece is unique. The sheepskin you receive will be a blend of black and whites with other individual markings, similar to the one shown in the picture.  A double is two individual sheepskins sewn together by the skilled craftspeople at the tannery, the two sheepskins are paired by professional to be as close as match as possible.
