Dartmoor White Faced Sheepskin

Indulge in luxurious comfort with our native Dartmoor White Faced sheepskin rugs, celebrated for its naturally tight curl and exceptionally soft finish.  Crafted by hand by our neighbours Devonia the oldest Tannery in Britain on the edge of Dartmoor. 

All our Dartmoor sheepskins are sourced exclusively from a local Dartmoor farmer. Each one is unique, varying in length, texture, and curl. The sheep are bred to thrive in the rugged Dartmoor terrain, making their sheepskins incredibly hardwearing, lasting many times longer than standard British or imported sheepskins.

With their glossy sheen and luxuriously soft, curly texture, these sheepskins are truly standout pieces.

Sheepskins are eco-friendly due to their biodegradability and minimal environmental impact. The production process typically involves fewer chemicals compared to synthetic materials. Additionally, sheepskin is a byproduct of the meat industry, therefore reducing waste and ethically using all of the animal. 

Approx Size:  110cm x 75cm  and 100cm x 70cm (natural product all one offs, therefore size varies)

Care Guide:

The natural lanolin in a sheepskin helps keep them clean and resilient to dirt and spills, We recommend giving the sheepskin a good shake and brush regularly to keep it looking its best.
