A beautifully tactile sheepskin pouffe, handmade by our neighbours Devonia, Britain’s oldest tannery, on the edge of Dartmoor. Crafted from natural rare breed sheepskin, each piece has its own individual tone, texture and markings, giving it a quiet, organic quality.

Designed to bring softness and natural depth to a room, the dense wool pile adds a rich layer of texture without overpowering the space. Use as a footstool, occasional seat or relaxed accent piece beside a sofa, armchair or fireside setting.

Its rounded form and natural finish work especially well within layered interiors, pairing effortlessly with aged timber, linen, stone, wool and other organic materials. A considered piece that brings comfort, texture and understated luxury into everyday living.

The pouffe has a calico material bottom with zip opening and is filled with the offcuts from the natural sheepskins.

Sheepskins are eco-friendly due to their biodegradability and minimal environmental impact. The production process typically involves fewer chemicals compared to synthetic materials. Additionally, sheepskin is a byproduct of the meat industry, therefore reducing waste and ethically using all of the animal. 

Each Pouffe is unique due to being a natural product.  The cream/white markings will vary in position.
