Imagine a cosy, character filled kitchen and living area nestled under the sloping roof of a rooftop apartment in Totnes. The ceiling features beautifully aged, exposed wooden beams that bring warmth and history to the space, contrasting with the modern design elements. Skylights are thoughtfully positioned between the beams, allowing natural light to flood in and showcasing views over the roof tops to the rolling South Hams hills.
In the kitchen area, stylish cabinets and wooden shelves complement the rustic beams, balancing contemporary convenience with rustic charm. A belfast sink sits under a skylight window. The countertops are quartz, adding a touch of sophistication. Along with the perfect addition of a wine fridge.

Two bedrooms both with King Size beds, adorned with luxurious 400TC pure cotton sheets and duvets sourced here in Totnes. Bedroom 2 can also be configured as a twin beds upon request.
Both bedrooms have stunning ensuite bathrooms crafted in micro cement by a local artisan. Bedroom 2 ensuite has a small walk in wardrobe/cupboard behind the antique Asian rice farmers door.
